Why TEDD was created
Too many young people are expected to make important education and career decisions before they have had the opportunity to understand themselves.
Choosing subjects, courses and career pathways can feel overwhelming—especially when students are unsure of their strengths, interests or available options.
TEDD was created to make that process clearer. We combine self-discovery, practical career guidance and straightforward information to help students and young adults explore their options and take their next step with greater confidence.
“You shouldn’t need to have your entire future figured out at 16.”

What we believe
Our approach is built on a simple belief: when young people understand themselves, they can make clearer, more confident decisions about what comes next.
Start with self-understanding
Better decisions begin with understanding your strengths, preferences and interests.
Direction—not pressure
Young people need useful guidance without being expected to have their whole lives planned.
Practical next steps
Good guidance should lead to clear, realistic actions—not more confusion.
Families matter
Parents and carers can play an important role when they have the right information and tools.
Guidance grounded in education and real-world experience
TEDD brings together personality insights, career guidance and practical support designed around the Australian education system and workforce.
Our aim is to turn complicated decisions into clear, manageable next steps for students, graduates and families.
